METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all orders placed online.

SALES TAX

Sales tax at the rate of 9.5% is applicable on all orders shipped to addresses in California. Orders shipped outside of California are tax-exempt.

LEAD TIMES

Please be advised that any and all lead times and delivery dates are estimates only, we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. 

FINISHES

Natural materials and hand-applied finishes are subject to variation.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on our website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the product descriptions, colors, or other content available on the website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error free.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. By using this website, you acknowledge and agree that these Terms and Conditions, which include our Privacy Policy, constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between us concerning your use of the website, and supersede and govern all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the changes on the website. Any changes are effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and conditions. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of these conditions, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws). You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

Platform Home may deliver notice to you by e-mail, a general notice on the website, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to us.

PAYMENT

Platform Home  accepts payments from PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. PayPal is the preferred way to pay online due to its safety and speed. PayPal stores and safeguards your credit card and bank details, enabling you to pay online without entering your sensitive financial information every time you shop. Orders to other countries outside of the United States may be subject to vat, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your Country. Platform Home ships your package according to incoterm delivered duty unpaid (DDU). This means that we do not collect vat, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside United States and we cannot predict what your estimated charges may be. If you do incur any such additional charges they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
